What you're buying
An informational summary of your business prepared from the financial documents you upload. It is not a certified valuation, and not a substitute for legal, accounting or broker advice before a sale. Full detail in the Terms of Service.
Refunds
The package is generated and delivered immediately, so it cannot be returned once produced. If it fails to generate you are not charged again — your payment covers retries. If a package is materially defective we will correct it or refund you.
Your documents
Financials you upload are used to produce your package. They are never sold, and never shared with buyers or brokers. The Privacy & Data Policy lists every third party that touches them.
